| Due to the full-scale war, Ukrainians risk their lives every day because of explosive devices left behind by the Russian Federation’s military aggression. Ukraine is already among the three most heavily mined countries in the world, and this problem will remain relevant for many years to come.

Therefore, the main mission of the HDIC is to reduce the risks posed by mines and save the lives of Ukrainians by providing comprehensive and high-quality information to the public at all possible levels.
Today, we are shaping a culture of mine safety in Ukraine so that in the future our country will become a model for overcoming the consequences of war.
